Paid in Full Commercial is the business name of Alex Clarke, ABN 37 477 878 947, Brisbane, Queensland. This policy explains how we handle the personal information and documents you give us.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, carry out a contract review or other work you ask for, and keep records of that work. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Contracts, pricing and claim documents you send us are kept confidential. We don't share them with builders, other subcontractors or anyone else without your permission, unless the law requires it.
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, including Microsoft 365 for email and document storage, Netlify to host this website, and Web3Forms to deliver contact form enquiries to our inbox. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
We keep enquiries and project records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. After that they are deleted.
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent to us.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, where we don't need to keep it by law. Email alex@paidinfullcommercial.com or call 0450 044 377.
